Do not speak in negative patterns and try to inject positivity / optimism in conversation with others.

Assume success to attain success. Assuming failure will result in failure.

Reduce your pace. Take breaks and regularly seek out silence.

Throw your heart over the bar and your body will follow – Have faith that you will succeed and do not focus on the obstacles. Also, forget about Plan B.

The rough is only mental; obstacles are largely in our head.

Always take hold of things by the smooth handle – Go about things in a manner that will bring least resistance.

Pray for other people, even strangers, as a habit.

Spend time with your most positive friends.

With any grievance, nuisance, peeve, think about what the ideal outcome is. Focus on it, instead of focusing on the current tension and annoyance.
