We waste time with these people when our focus should be on the people who are in…it’s important not to work with crazy people. It’s good to be open-minded and accepting about who you’re friends with, but in a professional setting, where you’re relying on someone, their overall mental health issues usually become a major problem.

We do the things we want to do, period. If we say we are too busy, it is shorthand for “not important enough.” It means you would rather be doing something else that you consider more important.
